Thank you for shopping with After Market Golf. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. This policy outlines our process, timelines, responsibilities, and the customer’s obligations when receiving their order.

Order Processing & Stock Availability

Once an order is placed, we will:

  1. Check if the item is currently in stock.
  2. If out of stock, we will place the order directly with our supplier based on the exact specifications selected and paid for by the customer.

Supplier Lead Time:

Our suppliers generally require 2–6 weeks to deliver items to us.
This timeline may vary based on availability, production schedules, supplier backlogs, or logistics delays.

Once we receive the item from our supplier, we will ship it to the customer using standard courier services within South Africa.

Holiday & Seasonal Delays

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 6 December fall within the industry-wide holiday shutdown period.
  • Suppliers and couriers often close or operate at reduced capacity from mid-December to early January.
  • Orders placed during this time may only be processed once standard operations resume.

After Market Golf cannot expedite supplier lead times or courier operations during these periods.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery (Within South Africa)

We use trusted courier companies operating across South Africa.
Once your item has shipped, we will provide:

  • The courier name
  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your parcel (if available)

Delivery timeframes depend on the courier company and the customer’s location.

Specialized or High-Value Delivery

If you require specialized delivery (e.g., same-day delivery, fragile handling, out-of-area arrangements), you must contact us directly:

We will confirm whether the request is possible and provide the applicable additional fees.

Courier Company Terms

After Market Golf adheres to the standard terms, conditions, and policies of major South African couriers, including (but not limited to):

  • The Courier Guy
  • RAM
  • Fastway
  • UPS
  • Aramex
  • DHL

By placing an order, customers accept the courier’s operational terms relating to delivery times, attempted deliveries, tracking updates, and parcel handling.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, customers must:

  1. Provide a correct and complete delivery address.
  2. Ensure someone is available to receive the package when the courier arrives.
  3. Monitor tracking updates once the parcel is dispatched.
  4. Contact the courier directly for real-time delivery status, once tracking has been provided.

Non-Liability for Shipping Issues

After Market Golf is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, suppliers, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts, missed deliveries, or uncollected parcels
  • Delayed customs clearance for international shipments (if applicable)
  • Loss, theft, or damage after the courier marks the parcel as delivered

Once an order is handed over to the courier, it is the courier’s responsibility to transport and deliver the parcel safely.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, After Market Golf cannot be held responsible for non-receipt.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
As with The Pro Shop and similar retailers, the following may cause delays:

  • Supplier backorders
  • National holidays
  • Strikes or public unrest
  • Weather events
  • Courier capacity issues
  • Remote-area delivery routes

After Market Golf will always assist where possible but cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking & Support

Once tracking is issued, customers should follow up directly with the courier for:

  • Delivery updates
  • Re-delivery arrangements
  • Address changes
  • Missed delivery concerns

If you have trouble reaching the courier, we are happy to assist—but responsibility rests with the courier provider.
