Refund policy

All sales are final.
After Market Golf does not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than verified product damage or receiving an incorrect item.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
You can always contact us for any return question at Sales@aftermarketgolf.co.za.


Damages and issues

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged area(s)
  • A photo of the full product
  • A photo of the packaging (including any damage to the box or mailer)
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Once the damage is verified, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement item.

Items reported without sufficient proof of damage cannot be assessed and may not qualify for replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because we operate on a no-return, no-refund basis, all items are considered non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Limited-edition drops
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards.
